And be It further enacted, That all Sums of Money which shall accrue either by Penalties recovered under this Act, or from the Sale of or as Rent for any Lands fold or demised by virtue of this Act, shall be paid to the Commissioners of His Majesty's Woods, Forests, and Land Revenues, or to the Surveyor General of His Majesty's Woods and Forests for the Time being, to be by them or him paid into the Hands of the Governor and Company of the Bank of. England, and applied and accounted for with the other Funds under their or his Management, in the Manner directed by an Act of the Forty-sixth Year of the Reign of His present Majesty, intituled An Act for the better Regulation of the Office of Surveyor General of Woods and Forests.
