  17. XVI.Duties of Keeper of the Outer House Rolls to be performed by Clerks of Eight Judges.

  18. XVII.Extracts to be prepared by Extractors to be appointed.

  19. XVIII.Duplicates for the Record, and Abbreviates of Adjudications, to be signed by the Extractors.

  20. XIX.Extractors to be appointed by the Principal Clerks of Session.

  21. XX.Salaries to Extractors.

  22. XXI.Compensation to Preparers of Extracts.

  23. XXII..Principal Clerks Assistants to be Members of the College of Justice.

  24. XXIII.Act of Sederunt to be made with regard to unextracted Processes.

  25. XXIV.Certified Copies for Appeals, &c. may be signed by the Clerks Assistants.

  26. XXV.Fee for comparing certified Copies for Appeals.

  27. XXVI.Keepers of the Register of Deeds, &c. to be appointed by the Lord Clerk Register.

  28. XXVII.Indexes of certain Registers to be formed.

  29. XXVIII.Fees of Macers regulated, and Salaries provided for diem.

  30. XXIX.Remuneration to the Collector of the Fee Fund.

  31. XXX.Disposal of Balance of Fee Fund, and Deficiency to be supplied.

  32. XXXI.Fees may be diminished or abolished by the Court; and a Copy of the Order transmitted to the Secretary of State, to be laid before Parliament.

  33. XXXII.Office of Auditor of the Court of Session to be made permanent. During temporary Indisposition, &c. a Person to be appointed to discharge the Duties of Auditor.

  34. XXXIII.Decreets in Absence not to be extracted without the Account of Expences being taxed by the Auditor.

  35. XXXIV.Compensation to certain Officers.

  36. XXXV.Fund from which Compensation shall be made.
