51 On payment of purchase money, the lands, &c. vested in the commissioners.U.K.

Upon payment of the money contracted or to be contracted or agreed to be paid for the purchase of any lands, tenements, or hereditaments, or any estate, right, or interest as aforesaid, to the party or parties, or person or persons, respectively entitled to receive such monies, or their agents, or upon payment thereof into [F1into the [F2Senior Courts]] for the purpose of being disposed of in manner herein-before directed, as the case may be, all the estate, right, title, interest, use, trust, property, claim and demand in law or in equity, of the party or parties and person or persons respectively to whom or for whose use or benefit the same shall be paid, in, to, or out of such lands, tenements, or hereditaments, shall vest in the said lords and others, commissioners of the said hospital at Chelsea for the time being, or in such person or persons as they shall from time to time nominate to be their trustee or trustees for the time being for the said purpose.
