X14 Names of Jurors dying or becoming disqualified may be passed over.U.K.
In case any person whose name shall have been entered . . . F1 in the [F2list of potential jurors] . . . F1 shall die, or [F3cease to be qualified to serve as a juror], it shall and may be lawful for the sheriff, in making returns of jurors, as directed by the said recited Act, to pass over the name of every such person, provided the date at which the name of such person shall have been so passed over, and the reason thereof, shall be entered at the time in the [F2list of potential jurors] . . .
