Save as hereinbefore expressly provided, any person committing an offence under any provision of this Act shall be liable on summary conviction, in the case of a first offence under that provision, to a fine not exceeding F1ten poundsF1level 3 on the standard scale and, in the case of a second or any subsequent offence thereunder, to a fine not exceeding F1fifty poundsF1level 3 on the standard scale.
