44 Regulations and orders.U.K.

(1)Any power conferred on the Minister by this Act to make regulations shall be exercisable by statutory instrument; and every such instrument shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

(2)Any power conferred by this Act on the Minister or on Ministers or on a [F1coast protection authority] [F1coastal erosion risk management authority] to make an order or give any directions shall include a power, exercisable in the like manner and subject to the like conditions, to revoke or vary the order or directions.
