An Act to amend the Law relating to the Confirmation of Executors in Scotland, and to extend over all Parts of the United Kingdom the Effect of such Confirmation, and of Grants of Probate and Administration.

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Law relating to the Confirmation of Executors in Scotland, and to extend over the United Kingdom the Effect of such Confirmation, and of Grants of Probate and Administration :

Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, as follows :
