The Registrar, upon the Application of the Person entitled under any registered Instrument, or upon its being proved that the Purpose of such Instrument is determined or satisfied, may remove the same from the Register and erase or cancel any Official Note thereof, and thereupon such Instrument and any Memorial thereof maybe destroyed or otherwise dealt with as the Registrar may think fit.
