The sixth section of the Metropolitan Streets Act, 1867, prohibiting the deposit of goods in the streets, shall not apply to costermongers, street hawkers, or itinerant traders, so long as they carry on their business in accordance with the regulations from time to time made by the Commissioner of Police, with the approval of the Secretary of State; . . . 3 Short title.

This Act may be cited for all purposes as “The Metropolitan Streets Act Amendment Act, 1867,” and shall be construed as one with the M1Metropolitan Streets Act, 1867.
