44 Constitution of Universities Committee of Privy Council.U.K.

There shall be a Committee of Her Majesty’s Privy Council, styled The Universities Committee of the Privy Council (in this Act referred to as the Universities Committee).

The Universities Committee shall consist of the President for the time being of the Privy Council, the Archbishop of Canterbury for the time being, F1... the Chancellor of the University of Oxford for the time being, if a member of the Privy Council, the Chancellor of the University of Cambridge for the time being, if a member of the Privy Council, and such other member or two members of the Privy Council as Her Majesty from time to time thinks fit to appoint in that behalf, that other member, or one at least of those two other members, being a member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

The powers and duties of the Universities Committee may be exercised and discharged by any three or more of the members of the Committee, one of whom shall be F2... a member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
