Metropolitan Police Act 1899

[F11 Amendment of law as to remuneration of commissioner, &c. of metropolitan police.U.K.

(1)There shall be paid to the commissioner of police of the metropolis and to the receiver of the metropolitan police district, out of money provided by Parliament, such salaries as the Secretary of State with the approval of the Treasury may appoint.

(2)There shall be paid to the assistant commissioners of police of the metropolis such salaries as the Secretary of State may appoint, and those salaries shall be paid . . . F2 out of the Metropolitan Police Fund, . . . F2.

This Act may be cited as the Metropolitan Police Act 1899, and may be cited with the Metropolitan Police Acts 1829 to 1895.
