1. These Rules may be cited as the Workmen's Compensation Rules, 1951.
2. The Workmen's Compensation Rules, 1926, as amended, shall be further amended as follows:—
(a)After sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (10) of Rule 60, the following proviso shall be inserted:—
(b)Rule 64B shall be deleted.
We, the undersigned, members of the Rule Committee appointed under s. 99 of the County Courts Act, 1934, having by virtue of the powers vested in us by s. 27 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1925, as amended by s. 8 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1943, made the foregoing Rules, do hereby certify the same under our hands and submit them to the Lord Chancellor accordingly.

These Rules amend the Workmen's Compensation Rules, 1926, as amended so as to give the Registrar of a County Court power to order payment out of Court of money in Court.
