Where a person would be entitled, if he were in the territory of one Contracting Party, to receive any benefit under the legislation of that Party in respect of an industrial injury or disease, he shall be entitled to receive that benefit while he is in the territory of the other Party.

Where a person would be entitled, if he were in the territory of one Party, to receive any ‘benefit under the legislation of that Party in respect of a death due to an industrial injury or disease, he shall be entitled to receive that benefit while he is in the territory of the other Party.
