The Minister of Housing and Local Government and the Secretary of State, in exercise of their respective powers under sections 3 and 19 of the Commons Registration Act 1965, as read with the Ministry of Land and Natural Resources (Dissolution) Order 1967(1), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
