5. Regulation 10 of the Water Resources (Licences) Regulations 1965(1) shall have effect in relation to the application as if it were an application for a licence of right and as if the period therein prescribed for dealing with the application were a period of 3 months; and regulation 12 of those Regulations shall have effect in relation to any appeal to the Minister in pursuance of the application, but, save as aforesaid, Part II of the said Regulations of 1965 shall not have effect in relation to applications made in pursuance of these regulations.
