The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(a), (b) and (c) of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932 as applied in relation to mink by the Mink (Keeping) Order 1972(1) and now vested in them(2), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the approval of the Treasury, hereby make the following regulations:—
(1972 III, p. 5155).
In the case of the Secretary of State for Wales by virtue of Article 3(1) of, and paragraph 5(a) of Schedule 2 to, the Transfer of Functions (Wales) Order 1969(S.I. 1969/388; 1969 I, p. 1070).
