1. This Order may be cited as the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978 (Isle of Man) Order 1978 and shall come into operation on 25th October 1978.
2. The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
3. The Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978 in its application to the Isle of Man shall have effect subject to the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.
