The Consumer Credit (Termination of Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1981

The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred on him by sections 37(2) and (3), 147(1) and 182(2) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
