1.  This order may be cited as the Assured Tenancies (Approved Bodies) (No. 7) Order 1982 and shall come into operation on 23rd December 1982.

2.  The bodies set out in the Schedule to this order are hereby specified for the purpose of Part II of the Housing Act 1980.
