Amendment of the Social Security (Employed Earners' Employments for Industrial Injuries Purposes) Regulations 19753
In paragraph 7 of Part I of Schedule 1 to the Social Security (Employed Earners' Employments for Industrial Injuries Purposes) Regulations 1975 the words from “the exploitation of the resources”
down to “subsoil”
shall be omitted and there shall be substituted the words “any activity mentioned in section 23(2) of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982.”
