The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 2(2) of the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1973, section 3(2) of the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1974, section 3(2) of the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1976, section 4(3) of the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1977, section 3(2) of the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1978 and section 2(3) of the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1981, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

1.  This Order may be cited as the Statute Law Repeals (Isle of Man) Order 1984 and shall come into operation on 30th November 1984.

2.—(1) The repeals to which this Order applies shall on 30th November 1984 extend to the Isle of Man.

(2) This Order applies to the repeals of enactments specified in the third column of—

(a)Schedule 1 to this Order (being repeals set out in Parts I, IV, V, VII, IX and XIII of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1973);

(b)Schedule 2 to this Order (being repeals set out in Parts I, II, X and XI of the Schedule to the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1974);

(c)Schedule 3 to this Order (being repeals set out in Parts I, IV, VII, X, XIII, XIV and XX of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1976);

(d)Schedule 4 to this Order (being repeals set out in Parts I, V, VIII, XIV, XV, XVI and XIX of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1977);

(e)Schedule 5 to this Order (being repeals set out in Parts I, III, IX, X and XVII of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1978); and

(f)Schedule 6 to this Order (being repeals set out in Parts I, V, VIII, IX, XI and XII of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1981).
