Insertion of Schedule 1A into the principal Regulations9
After Schedule 1 of the principal Regulations there shall be inserted the following Schedule—
SCHEDULE 1ACIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH A TRANSFER PAYMENT MAY BE MADE UNDER REGULATION 2B

The earner consents to the tansfer payment being made.

The earner has entered employment with an employer who is a contributor to the receiving scheme.
3
The earner has entered employment with an employer who is or was a contributor to the receiving scheme.
