(b)an area of outstanding natural beauty;

(c)an area designated by a local planning authority as a conservation area under powers conferred by section 277 of the Act(1);

(d)an area specified by the Secretary of State and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for the purposes of section 41(3) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981(2) (enhancement and protection of the natural beauty and amenity of the countryside).

in the district of Dwyfor, that part of the community of Porthmadog which was on 31st March 1974 within the former rural district of Deudraeth and those parts of the following communities which were on that date within the former rural district of Gwyrfai:—

in the district of Glyndwr, those parts of the following communities which were on 31st March 1974 within the former rural district of Penllyn:—
