The Diseases of Fish (Definition of “Infected”) Order 1988

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in relation to England, and any marine waters adjacent to England, the Secretary of State for Scotland in relation to Scotland (including the marine waters thereof) and the Secretary of State for Wales in relation to Wales, and any marine waters adjacent to Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 13(1) of the Diseases of Fish Act 19371, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—
