This Order may be cited as the Washington Development Corporation (Transfer of Property and Dissolution) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.

In this Order-

  • “the Act” means the New Towns Act 1981;

  • “the Corporation” means the Washington Development Corporation;

  • “the transfer date” means 1st April 1988.
