48. The prescribed percentage for the purpose of subsection (8F)(b) of section 20 of the Act(1) as it applies to community charge benefits (percentage of excess of income over applicable amount which is deducted from maximum community charge benefit) shall be 15%.
Subsection (8F) was inserted in section 20 of the Act by the Local Government Finance Act 1988 Schedule 10 paragraph 2(8).
