13. In Order 26, rule 8 there shall be substituted for the words “section 346(3) and (4) of the Insolvency Act 1986(1) or section 326(2) of the Companies Act 1948(2)” the words “any provision of the Insolvency Act 1986 or any other enactment relating to insolvency”.
