The Pilotage Authorities (1988 Returns) Order 1988

The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Pilotage Act 19831 (“the 1983 Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–
