In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 10(1) of the Education Act 19441, the Secretary of State for Education and Science, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, hereby make the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Premises) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

Part II of Schedule 1 to the Education (School Premises) Regulations 19812 shall be amended by the substitution in the heading and in paragraph 3 of “1996” for “1991”.
