(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order further amends the Medicines (Veterinary Drugs) (Pharmacy and Merchants' List) (No. 2) Order 1989 by—
(1) revising the fees relating to the registration of category I and category II agricultural merchants and saddlers (merchants in horse wormers) (article 2(2), (3) and (4)); and
(2) updating and replacing all four Schedules to the 1989 Order (relating to veterinary drugs, veterinary drugs for incorporation in animal feeding stuffs, prescription only medicines for incorporation in animal feeding stuffs and horse wormers) (article 2(5)).
