The repeal in section 37(2) of that Act does not have effect in relation to a case within subsection (1)(a) of that section where the land was acquired before 1st April 1990 or is acquired after that date in pursuance of a compulsory purchase order made under section 192, 290 or 300 of the 1985 Act before that date.
