This Statutory Instrument has been made to correct an omission in S.I. 1990/690 (C.21) and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 27(2) and (3) of the Football Spectators Act 1989(1), I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Football Spectators Act 1989 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1990.
2. Schedule 1 to the Football Spectators Act 1989 shall come into force on 24th April 1990.
