Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

The Education (School Curriculum and Related Information) (Wales) Regulations 1991 (S.I. 1991/1658) (“the principal Regulations”) contain errors which it is necessary to correct by means of Amendment Regulations.

Regulation 2(5)(b) of the principal Regulations is superfluous and consequently regulation 3(b) of the Amendment Regulations provides that regulation 2(5)(a) of the principal Regulations becomes regulation 2(5).

The remainder of the provisions of regulation 3 of the Amendment Regulations correct errors of reference in the principal Regulations.
