Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Adoption (Amendment) Rules 1991 and shall come into force on 14th October 1991.

(2) In these Rules “the 1984 rules” means the Adoption Rules 1984(1), and, unless the context otherwise requires, a provision or form referred to by number alone means the provision or form so numbered in those Rules.
