The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1(2) of the Agriculture and Forestry (Financial Provisions) Act 1991(1), being satisfied that all outstanding amounts of principal and interest in respect of the advances mentioned in section 1(2)(a) of the said Act have been repaid, hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Specified Day for Repeals) Order 1991.
2. The 25th September 1991 is specified as the day on which the repeals in Part I of the Schedule to the Agriculture and Forestry (Financial Provisions) Act 1991 shall take effect.
In witness whereof the Official Seal of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is hereunto affixed on 15th August 1991.

This Order brings into effect on 25th September 1991 the repeals in Part I of the Schedule to the Agriculture and Forestry (Financial Provisions) Act 1991. On the same day, the repeals in Part II of that Schedule, and the repeals in Part IV of that Schedule so far as they relate to the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation, also take effect by virtue of section 1(3) and (5) of that Act.
