In pursuance of sections 48(5) and 51(4) of the Gaming Act 1968(1) I hereby make the following Order:
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (No. 2) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 2nd December 1991.
(2) This Order shall not extend to Scotland.
2. Section 48(3)(h) of the Gaming Act 1968(2) (under which the fee to be charged for the grant or renewal of a permit under section 34 of that Act is £25) shall have effect with the substitution, for the sum referred to therein, of a reference to £32.
3. The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) Order 1988(3) is hereby revoked.

This Order increases from £25 to £32 the fee to be charged in England and Wales under the Gaming Act 1968 for the grant or renewal of a permit under section 34 of that Act for premises where gaming machines are used.
1968 c. 65; there are amendments to section 48 which are not relevant to this Order.
The sum specified in section 48(3)(h) is as substituted by S.I. 1988/15.
