Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1991.
(2) In this Order—
“the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990();
“the 1991 Act” means the Planning and Compensation Act 1991.
