2.—(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Companies Clauses Consolidation Act 1845(1) or in any other enactment relating to the Company, the ordinary general meeting of the Company shall be held in each year after the year ninenteen hundred and ninety one in the month of July, or in such other month as the directors may from time to time appoint.
(2) Section 9 of the Wrexham and East Denbighshire Water (No. 2) Order 1954(2) is hereby repealed.
