These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Dental Services) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

In these Regulations, a reference to “the principal Regulations” is to the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 19742.
