Subject to paragraph (2), the programmes of study described in the Document and set out in column 2 of the Schedule to this Order are specified in relation to the key stages set out beside them in column 1 of the Schedule.

The programme of study for a pupil in the fourth key stage is either that referred to as Model 1 or that referred to as Model 2 in the Document and column 2 of the Schedule.
