The Walsall Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and facilities formerly managed by Walsall Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Walsall Hospitals National Health Service Trust2, having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
