The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Whereas Her Majesty is satisfied that, in respect of the classes of works to which this Order relates, provision has been or will be made under the laws of the Isle of Man giving adequate protection to the owners of copyright under Part I of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 19881:

Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 159 of the said Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
