Enforcement

12.  To the extent that these Regulations are made under the European Communities Act 1972, the provisions of sections 108 to 114 and section 119 (which relate to enforcement and matters connected therewith) of the Medicines Act 1968 shall apply as if they were made under the 1972 Act.
