The Social Security Act 1990 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1992

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(2) of the Social Security Act 19901 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation1
This Order may be cited as the Social Security Act 1990 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1992.
Appointed day2
The day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Social Security Act 1990 (occupational and personal pension schemes: employer to make good deficiencies on winding up), and section 14 of that Act in so far as it relates to it, shall be 29th June 1992.
