Enforcement of Detention
8. Section 692 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1894(1) (which relates to enforcing the detention of a ship) shall have effect in relation to a ship detained under these Regulations subject to the modification that for the words “this Act”, whenever they appear, there shall be substituted “the Merchant Shipping (Safe Manning Document) Regulations 1992”.
