This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Corporate Bodies (Crown Immunities etc.) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 17th July 1992.

In this Order “Corporate Officer” means either the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords or the Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and “the Corporate Officers” means those two Corporate Officers acting jointly.

For the purposes of this Order a licence shall not be regarded as an interest in land.
