Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations amend the Registration of Births, Still-births, Deaths and Marriages (Prescription of Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1965 by substituting a revised form for the certificate of still-birth prescribed by those Regulations. The change made to the form is consequential on the change in the definition of still-birth in the Still-Birth (Definition) Act 1992 (c. 29).
