Commencement of provisions2
The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st October 1992:—
a
in section 110, subsections (1) and (4);
b
in Schedule 11, paragraphs 31(b), 37 and 38 (a) and (c);
c
in Schedule 13, paragraphs 36, 38 (insofar as it concerns section 110A of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 19732), 43, 49 and 75; and
d
in Schedule 14, the repeals listed in the Schedule to this Order.
