SCHEDULE 2
The Civil Aviation Authority Regulations 199115
After regulation 15(1)(e) there shall be added the following sub-paragraphs—
f
revoke or suspend an operating licence otherwise than at the request of the holder; or
g
refuse to grant an operating licence.
