Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Food Safety (Fishery Products) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force—
a
for the purposes of regulation 9(2) to (8) and 10, and so much of regulation 9(1) as provides conditions for the approval of vessels or establishments, on 1st January 1993;
b
for all other purposes, on 15th January 1993.
